Try this, even the fastest production car in the world, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, needs 9.2 seconds to cover the quarter mile.

I've done some reckless stuff in my life but not anywhere near as crazy as this.  The headline for this clip could have easily been "Man trying to pull crazily reckless stuff, got cut in half by an airplane wing"  Or "Airplane trying to pull a crazily reckless stuff, got cut in half by man."

One of the perks of being a parent is having an excuse to watch children movies in theaters without receiving judging looks.

Trust Japan for really good pranks I always say.  I can see my wife raising her eyebrow.  Fine, not always. Now although these clips are a bit old, they are still funny.  Just look at the ninja-like moves of the first guy and you'll understand why.  It's amusing amazing how he managed those flips and rolls.

I used to get into fist fights as a kid growing up right until high school and if there's one thing I learned from those experiences, it's this - getting punched in the face really hurts.  Every time you get hit, you hear this distinct bell sound - gongggggg. That's odd, a gong-sounding bell.

That's earth and the moon viewed from Mars.

The video, taken by the Curiosity Rover, has nothing spectacular to show aside from showing you how unspectacular the Earth is when viewed from another planet.  No bells, no whistles, just plain old speck. Hard to imagine that such a small dot is home to 7 billion people.  And to think that some of those in the 7 billion believe they are the most important being in all creation and that all the rest are there for their personal amusement.  Clearly, they haven't seen a martian before.
